Dear AOBox users,
We’re pleased to announce a new version of AOBox!
Want to share folder for a limited time?
You're working on projects with stakeholders who don’t have Google Accounts? You want to share folders with them only for the during of the project? It’s now possible with AOBox!
In this new version, you can set a sharing expiration date on a folder or for a guest. Once the defined date is reached, and depending on the option chosen:
- the folder is no longer shared in AOBox, or
- your guest can no longer access your shared folder
Define a sharing expiration date in two clicks
As an AOBox owner, you can now define a sharing expiration date at two levels:
- Open the Manage users dialog and set a sharing expiration date for your guests.
- Directly from your AOBox Share homepage or in a specific folder, select the expiration option to set a date on a folder.
Until the sharing expiration date is reached, you can modify or cancel it if necessary.
Other improvements
The Audit log is renamed as Activity
To be clearer with this feature, we renamed the Audit Log as Activity. With the last release in June 2018, the Audit log is no longer downloaded as a .csv but shared in a spreadsheet. To be consistent with that behavior, we also changed the icon to access it.
We’ve also made some visual improvements. We hope you enjoy it!
